Kitah Alef Atelier: Rolling Pin Prints

The children in Kitah Alef explored a new method of painting this week!

First, The children selected shades of red, orange, and yellow paint. Morah Jessica squeezed the paint onto thick sheets of paper.  Then, the children used a rolling pin to spread the colors across their paper.

They watched the colors blend and marble.

Noa narrates as she works. “Rolling” she says, then “painting.”

“I made a circle,” said Benny as he pulled his rolling pin through the puddle of paint on his paper.
