Kitah Bet's Collaged Groggers

First, the children selected a cup and lid. Then they filled it halfway with rice, pebbles, and small bells.

After the lid was screwed on and secured with duct tape, the children began collaging metallic and multi-colored paper to their shaker. We wanted to include the thread of collage in this project since there has been a strong interest with Kitah Bet this year.

The children were also given multi-colored sequins, acrylic gems, crystals, and gemstones to decorate the lids of their shakers.

The shakers were given a couple extra layers of Mod Podge afterwards to secure the decor.
