Pre-Kitah Alef Makes Matzah Trays

For Pesach, Pre-Kitah Alef created matzah trays. The children were each given a large, square, wooden tray. The children painted the wood with brightly colored tempera sticks and dot markers.

Next class, the children painted over a stencil that says Matzah in Hebrew with their chosen shades of acrylic paints. 

Once the trays dried, they were coated with Mod Podge for permanence.
