Kitah Alef’s Clay Nature Impressions

The children continue their exploration of clay. They were each given a ball of clay to flatten with rolling pins. The children were offered a variety of natural materials with different textures to press into the clay.

Once dry, the children were offered acrylic paint in natural colors. They exchanged colors with one another as they painted their clay. Once the paint had dried, the clay was coated with Mod Podge.
