IJP Updated Guidelines

It has been quite a different end to our school year than we expected and much in the future is still unknown and developing as time goes on. We have consulted with medical professionals, reviewed our updated licensing requirements, and taken into consideration the CDC guidelines. We are pleased to confirm our reopening date of Monday, June 8. The safety of our IJP families, students, and staff is our number one priority. We feel that incorporating new policies and procedures we can confidently reopen and bring IJP to a “New Normal”.

While IJP is taking proactive measures to prevent the spread of Covid- 19 we can not guarantee it. Children that are attending summer camp are not considered social distancing. Therefore we recommend families to carefully consider limiting your interactions outside of IJP. As this is new for everyone, we are starting with the first week of camp with limited hours to give our staff extra time to adjust to new protocols and new sanitization procedures. The first week of camp will be limited to children three years and older attending M-F from 9:00-3:00. The second week of camp we will be opening up enrollment to children two years old. By the third week of camp, we are hoping to open enrollment for children 18 months and older.

Despite these new regulations we are striving to give your child a warm and loving camp atmosphere with engaging play, learning through their environment, cultivating creativity and the IJP program that they miss and love!

If you have any concerns or questions, please email or call Elie at (919) 802-3173.

Wishing everyone a safe and healthy summer,

Dena & Elie
